Karen Horne’s artwork, inspired by her 2019 visit to France, was featured in the elegant glossy magazine of the Pastel Society of the West Coast, Fall Issue 2020. This organization of pastelists has a large, international membership, and Karen was delighted to have earned signature status in 2019.
