Karen Horne is thrilled that her pastel painting “Pausing Backstage” will be included in the highly competitive PASTELS USA, an annual juried international show sponsored by the Pastel Society of the West Coast. The exhibition will take place on Scenic Morro Bay, California, in the fall.
