Join us in celebrating our local performing arts scene with a painterly exploration of theatres, dancers, musicians, costume, and the parade of urban life. Enjoy the latest paintings by Karen Horne that capture the synergy between the performing and visual arts.

The exhibition will include recent paintings of the new Eccles Theater,  Capitol Theatre/Ballet Center complex, Utah Symphony patrons on South Temple, ballet dancers, flamenco dancers, ballroom dancers, jazz musicians. There will also be dramatic street and cafe scenes.

As a complement to these scenes of urban performers, will be colorful paintings of Shoshone, Hopi and Lakota pow-wow dancers by noted artists Glen Edwards and Barbara Edwards.  Also enjoy dramatic fall and winter landscapes by Phyllis Horne, Ken Baxter and Ryan Cannon.
